All gift & goods items are available for shipping! Just select "delivery" at checkout and select the closest day available on the calendar (Note: your order will not arrive on this day, but you must enter a date to bypass our local delivery shopping)

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items ordered and include a 15% handling fee to account for shipping materials.

Once your order has shipped, Thistle & Moon cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers. 

Delivery Restrictions:

- Total order must add up to $50 to qualify for delivery

- We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays

- Order must be placed by 11 AM for same day delivery (call if you are outside this time limit)

- We cannot promise specific times but promise your delivery date

At this time we are unable to guarantee certain delivery times, but please make us aware if you are looking for a certain time and we will try to accommodate

Steps for Delivery:

- Select a card Message and write your message

- Choose your delivery Date

- Continue to checkout and write in your recipients information answer it says "Delivery/Shipping"

- Select Local Delivery and make sure to put your contact number in the billing information

Pickup is available for any order, no matter total.

For same day pickup, please give us 3 hours to complete your purchase

In Store Returns: We can issue a return in the form of a merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase for any unused and unbroken items purchased in the store or online for local delivery or pickup.

Online Shipping Returns: We will issue a return to the original form of payment within 14 days of delivery for any unused and unbroken items. Customer is responsible for shipping costs and item must be delivered back to Thistle & Moon within 14 days of delivery before refund is issued. Shipping fees from purchase are non-refundable.
